According to Bossip, Lil Scrappy admits to having sex with Shay Johnson, his side chick when it comes to his “wife” Erica, but he regrets it!
Nothing medically, but personally, it ruined their friendship. Shay asks him if he misses their old relationship (clip below). He said:
